TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PV Eventz
Effective Date: February 25, 2026
1. PROVISION OF SERVICES
The Company agrees to provide event management services as detailed in the attached "Event Proposal/Quotation." Any additions or modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
- Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated value is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be cleared no later than 15 days prior to the event date.
- Taxes: All prices are subject to 18% GST as per Government of India regulations.
3. STATUTORY COMPLIANCE & PERMISSIONS
In accordance with the Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services Act 2025 and local regulations, the Client is responsible for necessary licenses (PPL/IPRS, Excise) unless specified. Sound systems must strictly adhere to the 10:00 PM cutoff as per Noise Pollution Rules.
4. OPT-IN COMMUNICATION (MARKETING & UPDATES)
By engaging our services, the Client agrees to the following:
- Consent: I agree to receive all event updates, reminders, and service notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and any other available communication channels.
- Marketing: We send Marketing and Promotional Emails, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp messages, and Voice Calls to OPT-IN Subscribers Only.
- Withdrawal: You may unsubscribe at any time by following the "Unsubscribe" link or replying "STOP" to SMS/WhatsApp messages.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY

6. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform duties due to "Acts of God," including cyclones, floods (common in Tamil Nadu), or government-mandated lockdowns. The Company will offer a credit note for a future date in such instances.
7. LIABILITY & JURISDICTION
The Company is not liable for third-party vendor negligence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Dindigul], Tamil Nadu.
